About chiropractic care →Book your appointmentTired of being told to live with the pain? Our chiropractic care assesses your spine and nervous system, explains what we find, and builds a plan that lasts. Ottawa, steps from uOttawa, since 2007.
A first visit takes about 45 minutes. We take a full history, assess your spine and nervous system, explain what we find in plain language, and start care the same day when it is appropriate.
We talk through what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you want to get back to.
A thorough assessment of your spine and nervous system.
We check how you stand, sit and move, because that is where most of the strain comes from.
If X-rays are needed, we refer you to an imaging clinic just around the corner. For Ontario residents with a valid Ontario health card, there is no charge for X-rays. Visitors from outside Ontario may need to pay for X-rays.
You hear what we found in plain language, and care and adjustment begin on the first visit when appropriate.
Nothing to bring. Come as you are, in whatever you are wearing. If you have extended health coverage, we will give you a receipt to submit yourself.
You leave knowing what we found, in plain language, and with a plan built around it. Care and adjustment begin on the first visit when appropriate, and you receive a detailed receipt to submit to your extended health plan.
